Tread
guided, interval running. Float on our woodway treadmills while our skilled coaches walk you through that days unique interval workout. Pump up playlist provided. 30 or 45 minutes
Tread + Strength:
Done in our tread studio, this class mixes our signature treadmill class with weighted movements off the tread for a power cardio and strength burn! 50 minute

Our signature strength and conditioning clasS.DURING EMP, YOU WILL COMBINE FREE WEIGHTS, BANDS, BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES AND AGILITIES TO BUILD STRENGTH, MOVE BETTER, AND FIND THAT IINNER ATHLETE! 50 minutes

we offer heated mat classes in our lilac yoga studio; vinyasa flow, yoga + weights and mat pilates.

Power Vinyasa Yoga. During this flow, you will challenge your strength and Balance. our instructors cue proper alignment and curate new playlists daily so you can leave this flow feeling strong and centered. 45 minutes

yoga but make it heavy, this full body workout combines yoga movements and weights to build strength, improve flexibility and enhance stability
mat pilates:
Build strength, endurance, and control with athletic Mat Pilates. This class uses dynamic, bodyweight-based movements to target the core, improve stability, and enhance overall performance. Expect a challenging, low-impact workout that boosts strength, flexibility, and mobility—leaving you stronger, balanced, and ready for more.
Childcare
Drop your kiddo off while you get a sweat in! Take advantage of our on site childcare space and enjoy a workout, and maybe a uninterrupted shower and sauna session too:)

Come in on your own time and take advantage of the whole weight room PLUS get access to all of our Empire Amenities (hint: infrared sauna, massages, showers, and locker rooms)
Open gym is FOB KEY ACCESS only through the weight room. Come into Empire to set up FOB key access with our staff during these hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 10am - 5pm, 6pm-9pm
Wednesday | 10am - 6pm, 7pm-9pm
Saturday | 6am - 9am, 10:30am - 9pm

Lilac RUn Club
weather PERMITTING, this is for our outdoor runners looking to run with friends. all levels welcome, We start and finish our 5k loop at Empire. Lilac Run club days/times vary - keep an eye on our schedule for these free guided runs!
