Lindsay’s passion for health & fitness arose from her background in athletics. She played college basketball at Montana State University & professionally for 2 years. Lindsay is an AFAA certified Group Fitness instructor & has a background in teaching spin classes & HIIT. Currently, Lindsay is receiving her masters in Mental Health Counseling at Gonzaga University . Lindsay’s journey as an athlete coupled with her background in psychology & counseling has helped form her passion for overall health & well-being.

Donnie loves strength & conditioning because of the powerful experiences of self-growth, high energy, and relationships made. Donnie has helped people of all fitness levels achieve their goals. He has worked with professional athletes, high school athletic programs, and individuals recovering from serious injuries.
Donnie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has been invited to speak at Coaches Clinics for USA Hockey.

Annelie is passionate about both yoga & running. As a mother, Annelie understands the importance of creating time in her day dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, while also focusing on mind & body well-being. For her, yoga & running provide this. She loves the balance that the two have to offer when paired together.
Annelie is a Gonzaga Cross Country & Track Alumni, Run Coach Certified, 2x Boston Marathon Qualifier. She has her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training & has held numerous Yoga for Runners Workshops.

Houston’s passion for fitness comes from a lifetime of athletics. As a 4-sport high school athlete & a former safety for the University of Montana Football team, Houston appreciates the importance of guided exercise & high-level coaching. All of our Empire coaches reflect that standard of excellence.
As an athlete, Houston has dealt with various injuries & has experienced the challenges of regaining a healthy level of physical fitness. Empire is here to help ease those challenges & be a place where anyone, at any fitness level, can come in & better themselves. As a high level athlete Houston has learned the benefits of diversified exercise programs. Empire has various fitness modalities as well as recovery amenities, everything you need to be a well-rounded athlete.

Athletics have shaped David from a very young age. Over his life, basketball has been his main focus. David was a point guard for Gonzaga University and has been playing professionally since 2013.
Professional basketball has allowed David to use high level athletic facilities around the world. David believes that everyone should have the opportunity to experience high quality workouts and recovery in a top of the line setting. As a professional basketball player, David has realized there is so much more to fitness than just building strength and conditioning. Yoga, recovery and a focus on mental health has been crucial in his career as an athlete and in his role as a father. Empire is geared towards the whole family and provides onsite childcare for all parents working towards a healthy lifestyle. Empire brings all these elements in to one accessible space, right here in Spokane.
